The highly anticipated Harry Potter television series will release its first official trailer later today, starring Dominic McLaughlin as Harry Potter. The series is currently anticipated to have a 2027 release date, although an official release date may be announced alongside the trailer.

The HBO series will be helmed by showrunner Francesca Gardiner, with its debut episode being directed by Mark Mylod. Veteran actors John Lithgow, Nick Frost, and Paapa Essiedu will portray Albus Dumbledore, Rubeus Hagrid, and Severus Snape, respectively. Returning as our favorite Charms Professor, Filius Flitwick, is none other than Warwick Davis.
