John Lithgow IS Albus Dumbledore

     It’s official! John Lithgow is our new Dumbledore.

     After speculation a couple of weeks ago, Lithgow confirmed his casting in an interview with ScreenRant. The veteran actor is the first and only actor officially cast in the new Harry Potter series. As filming will begin this summer, we expect more announcements in the coming months. Perhaps Professor Snape and Lord Voldemort?
